This industrial park in the northern part of Nihonmatsu City is located in a hill area with rich greenery and long daylight hours.

Located next to National Route 4, and near to Tohoku Expressway Nihonmatsu IC and the JR Tohoku Main Line, the industrial park boasts an excellent transport environment, and good access to the Fukushima Prefectural Government and the Fukushima Technology Center, as well as higher-educational institutions, including Fukushima University, Fukushima Medical University, and the College of Engineering, Nihon University.

Large workforce is also available from not only Nihonmatsu City but also the nearby areas, including Fukushima City, Koriyama City and Motomiya City, which constitute a labor market zone.

To the north of the industrial park is Michi-no-Eki (roadside rest area) Adachi, with a large parking space, a restaurant, a convenience store and other facilities.
